LootDay is a mobile application that helps users:

You may create and share birthday events with the community. By submitting content, you:

• •Contains spam, advertising, or promotional material

We use automated profanity filtering and reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

5. Perk Information Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any perk

• •Community-submitted perks may contain errors or outdated information

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the App, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
