Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a birthday to track perks?

Go to the Birthdays tab and tap the "+" button. Enter a name and birthday date, and we'll show you available perks for that date.

Do I need to create an account?

No! You can use LootDay as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to sync your data across devices and access community features.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. See our Data Deletion Policy for more details.

Is my data safe?

Yes! We use industry-standard security measures and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Email us at dchang@changbrothersgames.com with details about the issue or your suggestion. We appreciate your feedback!

Why isn't a perk showing up for my birthday?

Perks are sourced from our community database. If a perk is missing, you can create a new event to share it with others!
